The true-to-scale floor plan must include:
- The immediately adjacent properties with property numbers
- The buildings closest to the plant(s) with their use (particularly churches, schools, nursery schools etc.)
- Traffic routes (particularly the access roads to the business premises)
- Parking areas for cars, machines etc.
- Storage and processing areas
- Areas for other uses (e.g. patios)
- Scale used
- North direction
The true-to-scale floor plan must include:
- Dimensions of walls, door and window openings, stairs, ramps, lifts, other shafts and wall openings
- Purpose of the rooms
- Emergency exits
- Fixed installations
- Stationary machines and devices with position numbers
- Location of the ventilation and exhaust vents as well as smoke outlets
- Storage location of facility-specific substances (fuels, gases, chemicals, waste etc.)
- Supply and drain lines and/or facilities
- Other uses (e.g. patios, parking spaces)
- Parking areas on private property
- Scale used
Sections and views with dimensioning
- Clear room heights and total height to the eave/ridge
- Chimneys and flues
- Suction, exhaust and smoke extraction openings
Note:
Verification of the size of the exposure areas and transparent glazing, the size of the effective ventilation diameter of the ventilation openings, the main traffic routes and the escape route lengths (taking account of the facility) must be included.
